Empaths and Horses

Horses are prey animals. What this means is that their ability to tune into their environment is one the most safe guard giving abilities they have. As I watch my horses I notice their DISTINCT capacity to tune into Mother Nature, it is quite extraordinary!
Now, for those of you who do not know; an Empath is a person who is also highly attuned to THEIR environment. This includes people, places, animals, scenarios, events, food and anything else you can think of that we come to meet in our day to day lives. Many people associate someone who is empathic to being ‘extra sensitive’, emotionally, physically etc to other people. However being an Empath essentially means that your sensitivity not just to the people in your world but also your WHOLE world is of an ACUTE degree. It is my personal belief that we actually ALL have empathic abilities once we turn them to ‘on’ enough to allow them to flow again.

When I was a child my abilities meant that the world actually seemed like a very scary place, intense, powerful, and in constant need of a type of navigation I just did not feel that I had at the time. So, like many people who are this sensitive I shut it all down. I said ‘no’ to the intensity and ‘yes’ to what I believed at the time
was an ‘easier’ way of functioning.

However as my world and work with animals continues to deepen the tides have changed. The sensitive nature of MY being I have discovered is in direct proportion to the sensitive essence and necessity of existence in the Horses (this includes Dogs as well however I will write more about them another time). They rely on being ‘Empathic’ with the world around them, including each other of course, in order to function in a harmonised way. The power of how present they are is at times even alarming to me as it brings into direct contrast how delicate the ‘nature of the beast’ truly is. And how truly valuable ones sensitive abilities ARE!

I watch them send ‘invisible’ messages to one another in such subtly that it takes a certain type of etheric or invisible nature in myself to witness. Every day I am held with the lesson of how to BE more like them in order to SEE at a deeper level what they are saying, and ultimately portraying as animals who have roamed with us for thousands of years.
I invite you to ask yourself on a daily basis – ‘Where do my sensitivies lie?’ ‘How can I become more attuned to my world so that I can see, hear, and feel at a much more profound level if needs be?’ ‘How can I become more attuned to my environment, with awareness and grace?’

Also ask ‘How do I currently feel about ‘being sensitive’ in general?’

In order to tune into our Horses from a different level it is important that we access the dimensions within us which are a match to theirs. That we also ride the wave of how THEY do things so that how we do things becomes much more complete, together.

Translating this out into the human world; we interact with people EVERYDAY. Even if you are taking a solo retreat out in nature away from the MASSES you still EXIST in an environment which is contributed to by many many others. As the Horses do so can we. Their hearing, seeing, sensing, all knowing vibe is as fully incarnate as our primal instincts as humans are. And yet our capacity to be both Prey and Predator is of equal stature. Tune into your world today, see what you pick up / feel / know. Trust it and KNOW that it is TRUTH.

What is Giving?

There is something happening with the love of the world right now. The other day I wrote about love and how one of the hardest things for me was to actually give love, to get into the energy of giving. It had always been a scary thing for me, to open my heart and just GIVE, freely to those around me. I always pulled back from it with a vengence as though the safest thing on Earth I could do was to cover away, to hide and to not BE in my own giving energy. It would not be true to say that one thing changed this for me, as many tunings have unfolded and I have dived deep into my being more than a few times to really feel into what is happening in there, however there was one DEFINING moment in which I remember very clearly feeling hugely open to the power of giving. Wathcing Bridget Nielsen (whose work I love) speak about the 5^th Dimensional vibration of ‘Service to others’ completely shook up something in me, a subtle yet powerful opening to a world I had avoided for a long time. Giving to others from my heart. It resonated so so deeply.
My sense is that all of the Unconditonal Love in the world lives right inside us, in our hearts, in our beings.

There seemed to be a restriction inside me which I hadn’t been able to or wanted to shake off, the moment I turned my focus from doing my best to control this feeling to being of service to others everything changed. I felt an instant wave of relief run through me and honestly, my world suddenly made a lot more sense. There is something very powerful happening in my / the world right now which is guiding me forward into a state of absolute giving, in which my heart opens to share it’s light with the whole world. Simply, wholly and also because I KNOW that we all have this love within us so in this way I feel that I am giving and simultaneously sharing the love with every soul on the planet.

And as synchronicity has it’s own art form….this follows……

Yesterday I drove to Glastonbury (Avalon) for the sunrise. Later on in the day I lay on top of the Tor, belly to the Earth and sent my focus inwards. Inside myself and also into the womb of that place. Holding the inner structures of the Tor in my minds eye. I felt my etheric body pulsing with life in partnership with the energy of the Tor and surrounding lands. It was a completely unified wave. As I surrendered into this I was suddenly transported back to a childhood dream – when I was young I would pray every night for the Earth to be protected and for all beings to feel loved. Even from the age of 3 years old this was already hugely important to me and became a very organic expression of my desire to give.

What I also saw / felt on top the Tor was the truth that ‘All is within us’. The space inside the cells of your body is not ‘empty’! It is our infinite potential. The infinite potential of anything we put our focus onto!
Your awareness is a light, and as you light up the darkness inside – aka – your internal space within, you are lighting up your desires, you are lighting up your very BEING because everything can be seen when we choose to hold it in the light of our awareness.
Whilst in this space I decided to re-birth that childhood intention – I saw all the beings on Earth illuminated in white light, filled with Love, in total knowing of their completeness. I felt a huge shift in my whole body as the energy of this thought rippled through me and out to the world. The emotion which surfaced alongside this was just PURE BLISS. Putting the feeling into words would not work. I cried and cried with gratitude at what an amazing life I have been blessed with.
I realised that this PURE frequency of gratitude is not attached to what you HAVE but is a by-product of who you are becoming, and actually already ARE inside.
It is a vibration which completely bowls me over and humbles me to my core every time.
What I came to terms with from this space was that ‘THIS IS GIVING.’ It is in the giving that we truly receive. My heart’s desire for all beings to feel Unconditionally Loved and filled with light was ignited within my own body as I am also, of course, one of those beings. The world we see around us is a mirror, and what we put out we get back – truly – it is a simple universal truth which is undeniable in it’s raw capacity to help us remember again and again who we truly are.
For me giving is following your heart’s deepest desire, embracing it and then sharing it FULLY and UNAPOLOGETICALLY with the world. In whatever way. There is no formula, there are no rules, this is the truth of who you are and the entire world needs to see it!

What is TRUE unity?

True unity is the product of absolute validation of all of the individual differences between us, as each piece of a puzzle has to be a certain shape in order to connect with the other pieces around it to create ‘the whole’. As are we. When we stand in our truth and validate who we are in our uniqueness we actually see that this individuation is part of what MAKES us that already perfect fit. When we begin to create a sense of peace with our choices, our voices and our ‘way’, we can also acknowledge and be grateful for the way of others, CARE about the way of others, and ultimately help paint a new state of self-recognition, thus encompassing a larger whole through the perspective of the One part.

Horses, the light and my intentions for all

Every time I go to see the horses I feel happy, every single time my heart feels different, she feels like she is awoken and will remain that way, every time I am outside here on the land and walking I feel full of joy. Every time I see the horses I feel full of joy. Every time I am around horses I am full of joy! So basically I need to do anything I can to make sure I spend my time around as many horses as possible, sharing love. Especially my own horses as we have spent years together building bond after bond. There is something inside my horses which is helping me see this, and I get to acknowledge it fully. There is something inside me being with my horses. There is something inside this. A big beautiful Heart Full thing 🙂

I am so so so grateful!!
And so I am grateful, in this world of illusory visions I see exactly what I am determined to. Spiraling through the myriads and dreams always meeting myself again in the very moment I lost who I was that time, this time any time which comes forward and embraces me is the time which is right for my evolution.
The New Earth is our Earth, it is our way, our now our forever, it is our gift to each other. Our new Earth is our gift to each other. Our foresight into the delights of the feast we call acceptance, always feeding, always giving always riding the wave until the fall becomes part of the rising again. Come out of my brain and experience a whole new world in the heart of my matter. Come out of the heart and witness the whole new world in the way of my entirety, come up and dive outwards, expand in your explosive self, live your dreams, be your dreams, accumulate who you are again and again, just be the perfect expression of yourself so that the Divinity within your can meet itself in the All of this world. Tap into your knowing, become who are you which is this and all the rest, tap into your becoming Dilara, tap into your gifts.
What comes up when I write ‘tap into my gifts’ is a sense of just a lack of worth and frustration as though I feel my gifts are very far away, as though they are outside of me and I have to work to be part of their world or to encompass them again. I feel shit about it but it isn’t all encompassing it is subtle, it is a subtle draw of opposites, a polarity within me which I AM overcoming, which I am engaging with.
The process – in a Bashar video I watched last night he talks about the process. About how when we ENJOY the process or surrender to it as ourselves then the faster the process will be because we are using the energy of the process up. Like the force of a wave which comes in and then disperses, it is all the forces around the force itself which help that become part of what is and have a totally natural rhythm.
How shall this next road be unveiled? Shall I dive deep into the mystical simplicities of my being or shall I remain? Remaining even so I would be diving deep because I am always in a state of constant change, I feel the flux, the ebb and the flow of this personal development roar around me and settle silently with peace and stillness into my hollow below so that I am once again filled with the light of dawn and the blessed quiet of my one truth which is my passion my excitement my glory and my beholding of this in all other beings, I am one with them and they are one with me. I listen I unfold.
Intentions:
To connect with my hybrid family
To connect with my guardian angels, my guides, the benevolent spirits who support me ALL the time!!
To have crystal clear communication with the horses so that we might better share and spread the light amongst the world here if they feel called to as well.
To have an inter dimensional experience DEEP within my own being.
To step inside the truth of who I am and create a world which encompasses loving actions and a very high state of being for ALL.
I want to create a whole new world, one encompassed with colour and life, with laughter and joy for all. One in which ALL EVERY SINGLE animal on the planet is communicated with from the heart, and seen as a total equal. I want to create a world in which we are all one, we are all seen as pure light beings and as dancers of the new fantastic age of deliverance of light.
This is my Heart’s Desire.

Temple of Light

This morning, actually just moment ago whilst sitting in meditation here in London in my Mother’s home – As I was drawing energy down from my crown into my lower chakras, I felt a presence near my womb. I saw myself going straight into her existence and what I saw was a huge, massive dark space. The infinite. This is what I felt there. In my womb. Inside my body. The infinite. The space which all things or form can be created and also the space where the stillness of our evolution resides. It felt as though nothing was there at all and in that nothingness there was silence and bliss. Then as I moved further down into my Mother Earth’s Heart and back up to my own physical heart I felt and saw and knew that the Temple of Light was in this place. The Temple of Light resides inside my own heart, inside my own heart space. This Temple of Light is within us, we are born of it with it because of it and in delightful revery holding hands with the dancing nature of her being. We are the Temple of Light. As I placed my hands on my heart I verbally gave thanks to my ancestors, guides, spirits, guardian angels, Angels, Ascended Masters and ET Beneolvant beings – inside me I felt a huge pull of emotion from my heart into my higher chakras, a few tears came and I just felt so grateful overall. So so grateful for how much light I have already received and how much light already exists in us ALL. I cannot stipulate this enough – the Temple of Light lives in every single heart on this Earth. In every single mind on this Earth and in every single body. The Temple of Light is you and you are it. So completely one, connected, you are the way and the path. You are all the elects on that path and you are all the elements to come. Truly dear one you are the Light in the sky at night, the power of the Sun and the rays of Golden wisdom from every setting Sun imaginable. You are the tides of the ocean the kissing wind of a winter’s day, your light lives on in every heart you see and meet so PLEASE acknowledge how we can all come to greet in a place of forgiveness and compassion. PLEASE come to see how bright you already are and that all your experiences are guiding you steadily towards the light within. All your experiences are helping you BE more of the light you came to share with the world. This is why in so many spiritual teachings you will here that it is in the BEING – or that by your presence alone you make a difference. This is true and it is BECAUSE you are ALREADY the difference which has been made. We are here in form to share this to see this, to become more of this and all of the tangible events which we create for ourselves are literally helping us see the light again. We came here not knowing so that we can know once again that it is not IN the knowing that we become more of what we want, it is in the recognition of who we actually already ARE. Again and again I have heard this, again and again I have felt this, not in huge bursts but in the subtle presences of guidance through my physical body. Remember me – she seems to say – remember me because inside is the Way, inside is the journey you seek to impart upon. You already are the journey and the journeyer, you actually ARE the destination already, so as we flip into ourselves everyday seeming to move through life in the perfect way all which surrounds us melts away when we enter the Temple of Light and witness the Divinity at play.

In our hearts we are one coming forever undone until nothing is left but the void of our breathe. As one we inhale and caste our design forth to be unveiled. Again and again unravelling in this dance of nothing we are actually creating ourselves in this cutting of cords of abrasions stepping into our power and celebration WE ARE ONE. We are one, we are one.

In this Temple of Light which you enter after a remembrance of how to truly surrender to the Onesness within where all veils are thin, gone entirely and in your wake stands the one who dares simply to BE present in your own awakening. The one who needs nothing but sees how important the missions to keep giving is. We are here to expand to grown and to remember, our Soul’s intwined with the joy of surrender. Each experience valid and totally true for YOU my dear the way can be clear when you learn to just trust that there is a higher point in every choice. We are the unvierse at large and so how can we create a world within us which consist of the o

We are the universe at large so how can we create a world within us where personal choice is the most important point of contact. Where our recognition is our enlightenment, and where there is NOTHING outside of you which holds favour over your capability to be brave enough to take charge of what you see and to CHANGE THE COURSE OF YOUR DESTINY. DO IT NOW and see what happens. Please because every time you decide to take a step towards your own Divinity others being to glow in the choice of your own remembrance.

A Simple Joy

When I look at this picture I see and FEEL totally pure undiluted joy!
What comes into my mind is the question: How can we cultivate more of this raw zest for life and for the wellbeing of others? For the simplicity of nature to the mass of our experiences as we move through our journey of life.
We have all migrated and grown FROM this point, this ‘childlike’ way of being. The power of this ‘in the moment’ heart expression lives in us still, it it harboured in our body’s memory as part of the frame of who we are.

Here, gorgeous Logan shows that it is through the simple art of connecting with the life around us that we can expand into a higher state naturally and easily. Can this ‘simple joy’ be part of our awakening? Part of our ascended state as we move from the perspective of separation to one of real connection?

Can we make more time for this joy to be nurtured again? Yes! Of course we can!
How? By committing to the idea of it!
By placing our full attention into the scope of saying YES to more happiness, more light, more of what you choose to cultivate.

Of course ‘life’ can, at times, get in the way of this. Our challenges – social, personal, emotional, physical and literal are real and do feel extremely palpable. Whether they are present for years or just a moment in time. I also know that it is in the moving into and THROUGH these stages of our lives which makes the difference. The returning to our space within, our still point, our ‘simple joy’.

As the ocean is we are; tidal by nature and force.
Through the potency of our remembering we can ALL see the light around us just as children do, and in surrendering to our full emotional spectrum once again we are letting that spark live on!
Diving into this space allows us to be nourished with an INNER diversity that is raw, real and rooted.

As we begin to live from our true power in this way our spark of coherent creative awareness shines forth and can be seen!

Let this spark live on within you and witness how quickly you can light up the world!!!!

Mabon Ode to Our Mother

~ For the woman who burns and my sisters who continue to rise ~

We are bounty and bountiful we are beautiful and torn apart. The Soul’s truth was sundered until the meld of our Divine Mother was hear again. Inside us she began to rise, to be born in our surrounding and to sing her cry of presence into the world.

Through that melting crack her magic found its place amongst our faith as the stories which were woven became truths once again chose.

For on our shoulders we took the brunt of the world, carrying the hurt and the pain and the grief of SO many who were too broken to weep.

My family’s scars are etched onto my heart because the destiny of one is the ocean of many, tell me again how are we meat to hold steady? We are not!

For as we crumble and fall there is no shame in loosing it all the will of the one who is being reborn. Our power lives on, our vulnerability is strong and the you in me is forever free as we cradle the world in Her eternity.

When the thought of who you SHOULD be arises, remember that the simplest call of your expression is your willingness to be individual. To shine because yo have a light to turn on and to turn up. Illuminate your Soul through the shadows of tomorrow’s creation, to not stay stationary upon the foundation that was build not by you but by another. Rebuild the will to stand tall inside so that the sky can witness your becoming again, the depth of your song lives on and is heard in every inner ear that is ready to hear the texture of who YOU ARE.

And as the light in us reaches forth testing the water so does our darkness, our unseen support. You are real you are pure you are raw you are true. In all your ways, without any other face than the one your heart shows yo in the mirror of this grace-full place.

Our fragility tells tales of the strength that is to come because Wo(man) – We Are One.

Even thought I directly address the feminine here these words speak to the Divine Feminine Nature in us ALL. Men and Women. For us to truly rise we must first see that the idea of separation is an idea alone and where one idea is born another can take form.

Mending my relationship with my body

Over time many things have drawn me towards seeking revival in knowledge about my physical body. Through different Craniosacral Trainings, Reiki, Advanced Healing, Shamanic Journeying, and my own deep inner work which I have done for what feels like 13 years, through all of these different modalities and avenues of exploration I feel that my body has had A LOT to say. Some of which I kept hidden away and some I listened to. It’s the listening which holds the healing for me. Truly.

My relationship with my body has always been turbulent, from a very young age I found the act of actually being IN my body challenging, even though from where I am sitting now I can see that it has been a total blessing as I navigated my way through this world it was my body which housed me. It was my body which enabled me to do things like run through the fields towards the horses, ride, jump, climb, swim and sit in my favourite newly found spots upon this Earth.

Sometimes it is very easy to think about where we are right now, what feels right right now and then it is also important to remember a time when we felt very different so that we can bring our consciousness into the unfolding nature of our truth. We are always changing, always playing and merging reforming and moulding again into new ways of being. I have been through this, I know it to be part of MY truth. I want to know what your’s is too.

Our physical bodies are our vessels of light, literally. The photons in our body are emitting light all of the time, the amount of light fluctuates with our energetic metabolism, mood, frequency, thoughts, how well we take care of ourselves etc.

And so we ARE light. Already. What we need to do to make sure we shine is to begin thinking of ways to expand this light. To expand ourselves.

There is healing to be found in the physical body, always. Not only are we carrying the memories of our forefathers and mothers in our DNA but also we have literally chosen our particular physical forms to inhabit for a reason, and this reason is always Love.

The journey of coming back to Loving ourselves on a physical level can be deep and feel long but I PROMISE you the more you curve your focus into expanding your light inwards to discover those nooks and crannies of your bodies make up you will have so many benefits showered upon you!

Poem from my body to my soul ~

In many ways you used to cull me – to cut me off and create havoc in me.

How I used to want to breathe you forward and kiss your face, helping you see that all was well because we are together, because we have created a world within worlds as One.

Remembering yourself was difficult, not because of me but because of We. Our light is bright but no-one could see, how can we help people if we shut off our own precious centre of guidance?

Through sunrise and sunset we gained strength but what of the heart? Our centrepiece. What of the still existence of all things inside this home. We are here as One, we return to One and we are made from One. Come now into the light and be seen again Woman for you are magnificent and you are holy, you are right and you are your own sovereign. Transfer the question of why to the reality of because, because we are here, because we have chosen and because we exist! Exist unto yourself and shine forth in this way so that others can see your face in the heart of all things. Your heart in the words you say, the moves you paint and the dance which echoes again and again through your bones. You are one with the world Dilara. You are one with the light.
